We were initially introduced to the brand and strategy team who were amazing, he came up with all our branding identity and looked at things in a way that we had not experienced before and gave us a total refresh. We were then passed over to the project management team and couldn’t praise them enough. They are always responsive, very personable and always reply to my emails very quickly and happy to set up a call whenever I have a question. We are also working on a new project with Bold, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. They look further into audience perception than any other company that just pick some colours and random imagery and just pop it on a page and this improved our user experience massively. They had a lot of ideas and gave us everything we were looking for. In the design process, they were happy to make all edits and are still always happy to help now post-launch. We have enjoyed working with Bold so much we enlisted them for a new project! They feel like a part of our team and they get our brand which was important to us from the beginning.
